These terms apply to the use of this website and to all quotations, orders and supplies made by RD Corporation. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period mentioned on them. An order is confirmed only after we receive a purchase order or written confirmation and, where applicable, the agreed advance payment.
2. Pricing and taxes
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, freight and packing charges are shown separately unless stated otherwise. Prices of metal-based and imported items may change with market rates until the order is confirmed.
3. Payment
Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation or invoice. Credit terms, if any, are extended only to approved business customers. We may hold dispatches if payments are overdue.
4. Product information and selection
Descriptions, images and specifications on this website are for general guidance. Please confirm critical specifications, standards and compatibility before ordering. Our team can help with selection, but final suitability for your application remains your responsibility.
5. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Warranty claims are handled as per the manufacturer's terms and do not cover damage from improper installation, misuse or normal wear.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of production or profit.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
