We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
1. Eligible returns
Unused products in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, with prior approval from our team.
2. Non-returnable items
- Items cut to length or made to your specification.
- Items sourced specially for your order.
- Electrical items once installed or used.
- Consumables once opened.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong supply
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will replace the item or issue a credit note or refund.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method or by bank transfer. Freight charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Cancellation charges may apply to items procured specially for your order.
